To reserve a site, a deposit of $300.00 and a signed contract is due by Oct. 1, 2024. Site will be considered open for rent if the deposit is not paid. Site must be vacated by Oct.15, 2024. Another $300.00 is due on or before MARCH 15, 2024.Balance is due on or before May 15, 2024. Cancellation after April 15, 2024 reverts to prevailing daily rate. Payments other than deposit may be made with a check or money-order sent in the mail. No deposit accepted unless the contract is signed.

User Fees for 2024 are as follows:

LAKE FRONT: $2,400.00 + TAX.

OTHERS EAST OF HIGHWAY: $2025.00 +TAX.

WEST OF HIGHWAY: $1,960.00 + TAX.

AREA D: 2,100.00 + tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $250.00

• Electric is billed to your home.

•No trailers will be sold in campground without managements permission.

• Must finish your season according to your contract.

• A service charge of $25.00 per month will be added to pass due accounts.

• Sewage pick-up is once a week.

• Special pick up $100.00 each time, plus tax. Paid at time of service.

• New Tanks - New Rules, $216.00 plus parts and labor & tax

• Visitors: Daily pass is $5.00 per adult* plus tax.

• Season pass for adult children not living at home $50.00 +tax.

• Season pass for family $100.00 plus tax ,

• Inside boat storage for the season 16 feet $180.00, 19 feet $ 210.00, - None over 10 feet.

• Winterizing is $75.00 plus tax- we must be notified by October 1.

• Boat storage November 1 to April 15, 16 foot and under is $25.00 plus tax per month. Boats over 16 - 19 feet $30.00 plus tax per month. No Boats over 19 feet.

• Outside storage $120.00 plus tax.

PIER DOCK USER FEES:

• Pier docks will be assigned by boat size according to management discretion.

• Pier dock user fee is $500.00 plus tax for all piers. Need to know by May 15. 2024

All boat trailers must be kept on your site.

Otherwise, trailer can be kept in an area designated by management for a fee of $100.00 plus tax per trailer- $320.00 per boat for the season.

• Seasonal User Fees must be paid in full to reserve pier dock. You are not allowed to put your boat onto the dock without permission.
