Benson’s Century Camping Resort, INC.

To reserve a site, a deposit of $300.00 and a signed contract is due by Oct.1 2025. Site will be considered open if deposit is not paid. Site must be vacated by Oct. 15, 2025. Another $500.00 is due on or before March 15, 2026. Balance is due on or before May 15, 2026. Cancellation after April 15, reverts to prevailing daily rate. Payments other than deposits, may be made with check or money order sent in the mail. No deposit accepted unless contract is signed. This agreement is a license to occupy a campsite. This is not lease; it is a user fee. In 2026 all billing will be done by mail only.

User Fees for 2026 are as follows:

Lake Front - $3100.00 + $175.50 tax = $3270.50

Others East Of Highway - $2620.00 + $144.10 tax = $2764.50

West Of Highway - $2380.00 + $130.90 tax = $2510.90

Area D $2550.00 + $140.25 tax = $2690.25

Security Deposit - $250.00

Additional Information And Fees:

  • Your Electric is billed to you.
  • A late fee of $25.00 per month will be added to past due accounts.
  • You must finish your season according to your contract.
  • Trailers can be sold in the campground only with management approval.
  • Sewage pick up is once a week. Special pick up $100.00 +$5.50 tax = $105.50 each time and paid at time of service.
  • New tanks - New rules. $216.00 plus parts, labor and tax.

 

 

Visitor Passes:

Season Pass For Family: - $100.00 +$5.50 tax = $105.50.

Season Pass For Adult*: - $50.00 +$2.75 tax = $52.75.

Daily Season Pass For: Adult*: - $5.00 +$ .28 tax = $5.28.

Boat Storage:

Outside Storage

$180.00 +$9.90 tax = $189.90.

$210.00 +$11.55 tax = $221.55.

$120.00 +$6.60 tax = $126.60

Pier Dock User Fees for 2026:

  • $575.00 + $31.63 tax = $606.63
  • A Copy of Boat Insurance For 2026 must be given to the Office
  • Pier docks will be assigned by boat size according to management's discretion.
  • Seasonal User fees must be paid in full to reserve a dock.
  • You are not allowed to put your boat in a pier dock without  permission.
  • Boat trailers must be kept on your site. Otherwise , the boat trailer can be kept in a designated area for a fee of $100.00 +$5.50 tax = $105.50 per trailer.
